If you're planning a party marathon, with more than six hours of musical entertainment, we highly recommend considering the addition of an additional artist or DJ. While the maximum endurance of a single performance can vary between 4 and 6 hours, it's important to understand that most concerts don't last longer than three hours. This is not a coincidence, it's a fact that people's attention span and energy levels can only sustain a certain level of entertainment for a certain amount of time. By having multiple entertainers, you can ensure that your guests are constantly engaged and enjoying themselves throughout the entire event. When it comes to our performance time, it's calculated from the moment we need to be physically present at the venue and ready for the showtime. This time is separate from any setup or technical difficulties that may occur before the performance starts. We understand that time is of the essence and we typically don't take any breaks during the performance. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we always arrive at least 90 minutes before the start of the performance to set up and prepare. We value punctuality and professionalism and we want to make sure that your event starts on time and runs seamlessly. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. We understand the importance of timely and seamless execution of your event and that's why we always arrive at the venue at least 90 minutes before the event starts. This allows us ample time for assembly, sound check and any other necessary preparations, so that we're ready to go when the event starts. We'll also take care of dismantling our equipment after the show is done, within one hour. However, If you require us to arrive earlier than the 90 minutes before the event starts, or perform the dismantling later, additional fees may apply. We want to make sure that your event is a success and we'll do whatever it takes to make that happen. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. When it comes to travel and accommodation expenses, it can vary depending on the location of the venue relative to our base. However, we are happy to inform you that if the venue is within a 25km radius from our base, there will be no additional charges for travel and accommodation. For venues farther than that, we calculate travel expenses at 50 cents € per kilometer and accommodation at €80 per night per person. This is to ensure that our team members are well taken care of and able to provide the best performance possible. If you have any questions or concerns about travel and accommodation expenses, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'll be more than happy to provide you with an estimate and work with you to find the best solution for your event.

If you choose to allow requests, our DJs will use their discretion and expertise to "filter" the requests. This means that they will not play a song that you specifically asked them not to play or music from a genre you asked them not to play. Our DJs will only play music that fits well with the overall theme and vibe of your event and what you want. They will also take into consideration the atmosphere and the crowd, and play music accordingly.

We are more than happy to play your preferred music at your event. To ensure that we have all the necessary music files, we kindly request that you provide us with a link to your selected Spotify playlist in advance of the event. This will give us ample time to prepare and ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.

At our company, we understand that outstanding service is important to you and your guests, that's why we want to ensure that you have the freedom to show your appreciation in the way that you see fit. Therefore, while gratuity is not included in the final contract price, we do recommend a 10-20% tip for exceptional service. However, the final decision is always yours, and our DJ's will be more than happy to accept any additional payments or tips at or after the event. We want to make sure that you have the best experience possible and our DJ's are dedicated to providing you with the top-notch service you deserve.
We understand that your event may run longer than expected and we want to ensure that your guests continue to enjoy themselves. Our DJs are more than happy to play past the contracted time if needed. However, as we have other commitments and obligations we kindly ask that any additional time is paid for at the time of the event, if possible. But please don't hesitate to discuss this with us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs and make sure your event runs smoothly. We always want to make sure that you and your guests have the best experience possible.
At our company, we understand that providing for our DJs is important to ensure they have the energy and focus to give their best performance at your event. While it is not a requirement in our contract, we do recommend that a meal or boxed dinner and the other booked artists is set aside for the DJ. Typically, the catering director or event coordinator will handle this request if the client requests it. However, we want to make sure that you are in control of this aspect of the event and if you have any other preference or special request, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate it. Our DJs are dedicated to providing you with the top-notch service you deserve and we want to make sure they are well-fed and energized throughout your event.

A good time frame for a wedding is at least six to twelve months out, while for other events it could be less. However, we understand that sometimes last-minute events happen and we have DJs available for those as well. For a well organised wedding celebration.
1. For a wedding, keep in mind that your guests are going to be where the couple is. If you’re on the dance floor, the guests will be too!
2. Don’t micromanage the timeline. We do need the order of events but not necessarily the exact time for each. You’ve hired great musicians, now let us do our job.
3. If there are older guests, try not to sit them close or right in front of the speaker(s).
4. Don’ t put the DJ / Musicians in an obscure location or corner; the DJ / Musicians need to be easily visible and near the dance floor so they can see it to get a feel for the crowd.
5. If you have dance floor lighting, keep in mind that darker is better. Use dimmers for chandeliers, cafe lighting, etc.
6. If you have a bar or photo booth at the event, please put it in the main room where the DJ / Musicians are. You want to keep people near the dance floor at all times.
7. When picking your songs for your event, take into account not only your taste but the guests’ as well.
8. You always want to leave the guests wanting more. It’s not your responsibility to entertain guests until 2 am.
9. When picking your music, you don’t have to overdo it. Pick 20 or so songs you like and a few you don’t and let us fill in from there.
10. We typically recommend that toasts are kept to a minimum of 5 minutes per person and a maximum of 4 people.
11. We also recommend that the first dance is done right after you are introduced and suggest shortening the parent dances.
12. If you have to cut corners on your budget, don’t skimp on your DJ lighting—it can make or break your event
