SAXOPHONE PLAYER

As a highly experienced and accomplished SAXOPHONE PLAYER and clarinetist, I have dedicated my career to perfecting my craft and providing the highest level of musical entertainment for my clients. My journey began in primary school, where I first learned the fundamentals of clarinet playing under the guidance of Professor Emil Leidl. This early training led to my participation in the regular rehearsals of the Lovran Wind Orchestra and further studies at the Ivan Matetić Ronjgov Music School in Rijeka.

Throughout my secondary education, I continued to hone my skills through performances in Rijeka and the surrounding area, including a special experience performing with the Rijeka Big Band Orchestra. Following my secondary education, I served in the Symphony Orchestra of the National Army before enrolling in the Music Academy in Zagreb, where I studied under Professor Milka Pravdić.

In 2002, I pursued further education at the Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana and Luganu in Switzerland, where I studied under F.Bende and M.Reriche and graduated in 2004. Upon returning to Croatia, I began to explore jazz music and now play all saxophones in addition to the clarinet, which has led to solo performances in the theater, participation in various jazz festivals and collaborations with renowned jazz musicians in the Rijeka area. In 2012, I was awarded the "Status" prize by the Croatian Music Union in the category of wind instruments for pop, rock and urban music. Today, I am dedicated to passing on my knowledge and experience as a music teacher at a school in Labin.
