SINCE I’M A SINGER, I WILL TRY TO ADDOPT TO YOUR REPERTOIRE AND SING A COUPLE OF SONGS THROUGHOUT THE EVENING, AND ON SOME OCCASIONS I WILL ALSO HAVE A PERCUSSION DRUM SETUP AND PLAY THEM ON TOP OF SOME TRACKS!

BIOGRAPHY

Manuel Lupen is a multifaceted artist, whose talent spans across various disciplines of music. He has built an incredible reputation for himself as a DJ, vocalist and entertainer. He started playing the drums at the age of thirteen, and quickly progressed to playing Latin percussion. It wasn't long before he took up DJing and emceeing, and eventually singing.

Manuel's passion for music has been shaped by his formal and informal education, and he has been fortunate enough to have had some incredible mentors along the way. One of his most significant influences was Oscar Valdes, former singer and percussionist from Irakere. Under Valdes's guidance, Manuel honed his craft and developed a unique style that is both captivating and soulful.

In 2015, Manuel started the Musicology Project, which saw him travel the world in search of inspiration and new musical genres. He explored different cultures, instruments and sounds, from Sri Lanka to the Middle East, from Europe to the Caribbean, and the United States. He collaborates with artists from different continents, including a violinist from Croatia, a percussionist from Cuba, a saxophonist from the Dominican Republic, and a singer from Cyprus. This fusion of cultures and sounds can be heard in Manuel's performances today.

Manuel has also released three singles over the past few years, which can be found on all major streaming platforms. His music is energetic, engaging and interactive, and his performances are always a highlight for any event. He performs alongside other talented artists, creating a unique vibe for the guests attending the events under the name Musicology.

Manuel Lupen's passion for music is contagious, and his talent is undeniable. He is an artist who is constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible, and his dedication to his craft has earned him fans from all over the world. With each performance, Manuel brings something new and exciting to the stage, making him an artist not to be missed.

Music is truly a universal language for all beings on this planet, so I communicate with the audience through it. The opportunity of working with different nationalities, various groups and projects has created a new vision, and a remarkable experience for my clients.
